In the master bedroom, with its super kingsize bed and plenty of wardrobe space, you'll find the en-suite bathroom with its modern feel and white suite comprising of bath with hand-held shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is a twin that uses the family shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The kitchen has all mod cons, including a dishwasher, three ring cooking hob, oven and microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine. On the south-west facing balcony you’ll find a dining set for six guests surrounded by glass panels to make it feel even more spacious. The lounge comprises of a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa, two extra sofa chairs and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages including Sky. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 250m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
