It provides a relaxing family environment for those looking to enjoy a holiday in between popular towns such as Estepona and Marbella/Puerto Banus. The apartment, located on a second floor benefits from an en-suite king-size bedroom with a further twin bedroom that share a family bathroom. There is a good sized balcony with a dining area for up to six guests that overlooks the tropical and Mediterranean gardens surrounding the large community swimming pool. This apartment is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay and the lounge provides several international channels plus Sky channels and a fibre optic high speed internet connection. Films and series are also available in several languages. The lounge provides a sofa bed for a fifth guest, a dining area for up to six guests and a fully fitted kitchen with an extra laundry room. The property also offers a private parking space (for a small or medium size car) in an underground communal garage along with extra storage if needed. There is also plenty of street parking around the urbanisation. Costalita del mar is a modern and well maintained complex with gardens that have streams running through them and a small lake at one end. There are lovely walkways through the gardens, which take you down to the waterfront and beach. As an added benefit, there is 24 hour security and the development is gated. A great location for a great holiday.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
