This calm rustic house is fully air conditioned and it is only a five minute drive from Estepona town. It is a great escape for a summer break and the villa has been recently renovated, it has three bedrooms and three en-suite bath/shower rooms. The twin room has access directly onto the front terrace, the second double bedroom has access to the rear terrace and the main bedroom has access to the gardens. It is fully equipped for a relaxing break and there is international TV in the lounge area with Sky channels plus films and series for free. It also has a high speed fibre optic connection throughout the property. The gardens are spacious and have plenty of seating areas and/or for children to run around. Fruit trees are dotted around, so help yourself. The good sized private pool is located to the side of the house and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There are large terraces to the front and rear of the house and a cabaña is located next to the pool which is ideal for escaping the sun and relaxing with a cool drink and a good book. The property provides private parking for a medium size car so please enquire. Pets are no longer allowed in this property.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
